Aileen has been employed with Elite for over four years. She is a reliable, innovative and fast-learning worker. She is always punctual, handles busy hours without a problem, always motivated and motivating her coworkers to do better and looks for ways to improve service. She is capable of filling several positions at the same time. Aileen also has the ability to provide training to new employees in any of the positions handled within Elite. She is always looking for ways to improve herself and her position on the team to the point of learning all positions in their location.
