Mr. Samuel Tate
Sam is known to be kind, hardworking and trusted by his colleagues. He represents the character of service that demonstrates the Elite core values. These attributes are the reason Sam is the Employee of the Quarter for the 3rd quarter of 2024. Since 2017, Sam has shown perseverance by taking on more responsibilities and accommodating all the changes after Covid including being relocated to multiple locations. Through this, Sam displays a willingness to work whenever and wherever needed. Sam shows accountability by taking ownership of situations. He will even take on a team member’s mistake as his own. He adheres to the rules and displays an honest and trustworthy attitude. Sam presents ideas to revolutionize the functionality of the office, including supplying small additions, at his own expense, that have created value to the team. Sam will keep growing within Elite as he is always thinking of ways he can contribute to the team.
